Frequently asked questions about SignSenseDoes SignSense come with pricing already loaded?
No. A new company workspace starts without preloaded estimate items. The owner adds the company’s actual materials, costs, rates, and markups during setup.
Can a company use its own logo and colors?
Yes. Each company controls its display name, logo, address, primary color, and document prefix for its estimates and PDFs.
Can we invite more administrators?
Yes. Company owners can invite administrators and staff. Access is role-protected and remains limited to that company’s workspace.
How does the wholesale calculator work?
Each company can enable a direct wholesale link. Approved partners can open the wholesale calculator without a password while the company retains control of pricing and access.
Can customers approve estimates and pay online?
Customers can review estimates through secure links. Companies that complete Stripe setup can create hosted invoices and accept card payments through Stripe.
Can estimates and orders be downloaded?
Yes. Branded estimate PDFs are available from the workspace and from secure customer links. Stripe can also provide invoice PDFs after an invoice is created.
